There are times we can come face to face with a health situation, whether big or small. Depending on the level of pain and discomfort, you may be tempted to jump into the next new, latest “fix” that’s been promoted. That is completely understandable. However, we must keep in mind that in order to be the most successful with our healing outcome – to get the best results – we need to take the proper measures before doing so.
