When it comes to working out, we often think of lifting weights, doing yoga, running, etc. However, one thing that is most certain are the other aspects of our health goals, which is to keep our overall good health, not just focus on the target.
As part of my Exercise & Gains Series, I address how important it is to care for my muscles in other ways besides challenging them with weightlifting and yoga. In this instance, foam rolling allows me to alleviate tight muscles that can become stiff and sore. Rolling and massages help to loosen the muscles and aid in the healing process so that I can properly hit my goals.
